All product designs for casting, including two-dimensional and three-dimensional design with AutoCAD and Catia software and mechanization of the gate system and mechanized feeding, are performed to obtain reliable results in relation to manufactured parts using ProCast software. The method of solidification and filling profile of the mold is simulated and the virtual production of the part is done.

Modeling

In the modeling department, the experienced personnel of the company have the ability to make models with foam, fiberglass, sheet metal, cast aluminum and wood. The company uses equipment such as CNC milling machine and other advanced modeling equipment to make foam models. Our modeling features include the following: 1- Three-axis CNC foam lathe with dimensions of 1 * 3 * 6 meters for cutting all kinds of foam and wood models 2- Three-axis CNC foam cutting machine with dimensions of 1 * 3 * 4 meters for cutting all kinds of foam and wood models 3- Manual modeling facilities (wood and metal) in any size that is used industrially for modeling parts.

Heat treatment furnace

Dual-burner heat treatment furnace with dimensions of 4 * 2.5 * 2 meters with the ability to perform heat treatment, annealing, normalization, quenching and de-stressing up to a maximum temperature of 1200 ° C and weight of 14 tons and an accuracy of 3 degrees

Cutting and cleaning unit
